| Deposit, Cancellation and Refunds Policy: A deposit equal to one night's stay or 1/2 the total bill will reserve your room. A 10 day cancellation will guarantee your full refund less a $25 service charge. If, however you need to cancel within 10 days of your arrival date, we can offer a gift certificate to be used anytime during the next year with prior reservation, or you might have to forfeit your deposit unless we can re-rent the room(s). |
