The Plantation Office Suite Separate from the main house, this office was built in 1817 as both an office from where David Edmondson conducted the affairs of his large plantation and what was possibly a storage or drying room on the southside. A large fireplace with limestone foundation separated the two rooms. Transformed into guest quarters in 1995, it was completely renovated in 2009. Now with antique heart pine flooring and a fireplace, it exudes charm and comfort. |
